Ladera Ranch

Ladera Ranch is a community that is situated on the borders of San Juan Capistro, Rancho Santa Margarita and Mission Viejo. It is an unorganized planned neighborhood in the south area of Orange County, California which has a number of characteristics that differentiate this area from others. Samples of these are the "Roundabouts" which is a commonplace on a smaller intersection and a lot of rules in traffic speed reduction that are being implemented. The narrow width if the streets are also one of the features of this community. There are two types of region in Ladera Ranch and these are the villages and neighborhoods. There are more than ten neighborhoods in each village and there are nine villages where five of these have clubhouses that are themed on a certain design and is being highlighted inside the villages. An example of the village is the Covenant Hills village where the community is surrounded with walls and has gates. It is the only gated village in the community and is said to be the number 1 high-income area in America. The community also has schools within and near the area.
