Lake Balboa

Lake Balboa is the region of San Fernando Valley of the city of Los Angeles, California. The city is surrounded by the different communities such as; Encino to the south, Van Nuys to the east, Reseda to the west, and Northridge and North Hills to the north. The lake known for its 27 acre artificial lake that is usually for Anthony C. Beilenson Park. During 1990's the lake was made of farm land at the lower part of real estate fronting San Fernando Valley. Newly part of the recreational park next to the Balboa Park Golf Course with bountiful fish, birds, mature flowering trees, open scene, and many areas of covered picnic. Greatly the real estate along the Lake Balboa grow in the past years and having properties that is attractive to the potential buyers. The city water is provided by Donald C. Tillman Water Reclamation Plant that performed by the city's Bureau of Sanitation. There are discussions about the legitimate acknowledgement of Lake Balboa as a community of the city of Los Angeles. The reason for the fact that the area of Lake Balboa are made during 2002 by Councilman Dennis Zine earlier from the existence of any naming methods. Resulting that the area of Lake Balboa was made by the best practices during that time. Last 3 years the city is recognized as the city of Los Angeles in a formal community process. This arguments have certain suggestions for the official existence of different areas in Los Angeles such as; Arleta, North Hills, Porter Ranch, Valley Glen, Valley Village, West Hills, Winnetka, and many others.
